Regional Training Services aims to provide the building and construction industry with highly skilled, knowledgeable, safe, motivated and productive workers. This aim has implications for all parties involved in training.

Training staff are expected to:

1.    create an environment that is safe, ordered and conducive to learning;

2.    treat trainees, apprentices and other staff fairly and with respect;

3.    be courteous, approachable and available;

4.    act and present themselves in a professional manner at all times;

5.    provide training that meets the needs of all trainees and apprentices; and

6.    deliver compliant training and assessment services*

1.    attend training on the dates nominated

2.    arrive at the training venue on time;

3.    bring the required tools and equipment to all training sessions;

4.    participate in all activities;

5.    be courteous;

6.    respect the rights and property of others; and

7.    contribute to the smooth and safe running of the training venue.
